In the previous edition of the Tiger Safety blog, we showcased a selection of the most recent items to be added to our extensive and ever-growing product portfolio. Cofra Tago Welding Safety Boots

Welding is a heavy-duty process and so welders require the very best protection in this demanding working environment. That crucial protection is offered by Tago welding boots, new from leading brand Cofra. Equipped with crush-proof and shock-resistant steel toe caps that have been tested to a massive 200 joules of impact, the boots also incorporate penetration-resistant midsoles and abrasion-resistant scuff caps to protect the toes.

Crafted from tough, water-repellent black leather, the boots are built on SRC-rated dual-density PU rubber soles that are strongly resistant to oil, solvents, acid and alkali. On the inside, Texelle breathable linings ensure that the feet stay cool no matter how hot the welding environment gets. A key feature of these superlative boots is buckle-fastened, fully-adjustable flaps that cover the vulnerable laces, protecting them from abrasion, heat and molten particulate matter.
