Shipping

We offer free shipping on every order over £20.00 in the UK.

This is to every postcode located within the UK, regardless of location. This includes all addresses in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands etc, you get the same free shipping option as every other customer.

For orders under the £20.00 threshold we add a very low, reasonably priced, £3.95 shipping charge to the order total. 

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-7 days on a standard delivery service. Your goods will arrive via Hermes, Parcel Force or DPD, dependent on the item ordered, and the size/ weight of the order. We can also offer a 2-3 day express delivery service which is charged at £8.95 per order. The shipping options are selectable at the checkout when making your purchase. 

We deliver to all European countries and the majority of countries Worldwide. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full, if we have difficulty in despatching to particular worldwide addresses. Shipping costs will be added at checkout for your particular country and are calculated dependent on your location and the size and weight of your order. All non UK deliveries will be made by a reputable Worldwide delivery carrier such as Fed Ex, UPS or DHL.

If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to sales@tigersafety.co.uk where will do our best to assist you.

If there is nobody in when the courier makes delivery, they will leave a card or contact you via your phone. You can then re-arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot, or in some cases, post office.

Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe, we cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.

If an item temporarily goes out of stock and we expect to receive new stock within a reasonable time we will hold your order and dispatch the item to you as soon as stock is available, you will be made aware of any delivery delays via email or telephone.

If an item becomes unavailable (which means we are unexpectedly unable to fulfill you order and are unlikely to receive new stock within a reasonable time) we will either telephone or email you to let you know and automati­cally refund your card.

Returns

We make every effort to ensure the product you purchase is delivered to you in perfect condition.

If you are unhappy with the delivered product, the item does not fit or you wish to simply cancel an order, you may return it for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the item or notify us before despatch of any required cancel­lation. A full refund will be granted provided the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please send all returns to AAP Wholesale Ltd T/A Tiger Safety, 20 Cardigan Avenue, Oswald­twistle, Lancashire, BB5 4QL, ensuring the Returns Form sent with the item is completed and shipped with the returned goods.

Embroidered or printed garments are non returnable at any time. 

If you wish to exchange the item please return to AAP Wholesale Ltd T/A Tiger Safety, 20 Cardigan Avenue, Oswald­twistle, Lancashire, BB5 4QL with a completed returns form with what you would like in exchange. If the exchanged item is more expensive please send payment prior to making the return to help speed along the process.

The item must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
