In addition, Rock Fall has invested in a state-of-the-art business management system, dramatically increasing its efficiency and reducing its paper usage by a massive 80%.

The leather used to craft Rock Fall safety boots is sourced from tanneries that carry official Leather Working Group (LWG) certification; only one-fifth of footwear worldwide is currently manufactured using LWG-certified leather, making Rock Fall one of the world's few manufacturers to be leading the way in improving its sustainability. Each year, users of LWG-certified leather collectively save over 12 billion litres of water and 774 megawatts of energy.

Built onto sturdy, SRC-rated rubber outsoles, Rock Fall's new Excavate safety wellies are fitted with composite midsoles and fibreglass toecaps. 100% free of metal and entirely vegan-friendly, the work boots are fully waterproof and boast reliable insulation to keep the feet warm when working in low temperature environments.
